We offer a broad range of Printer-Applicator systems for product labeling, cartons/ boxes, PVC bags, cases, slabs, tyres and pallets for barcodes labels and RFID labels. We offer Mectec print engines or Intermec PA30 print engine. P&A systems are useful for barcodes, product labeling, compliance labeling or RFID slap and ship. (Some types of labeling include shipping labeling, content labeling, graphic images, and labeling to comply with specific standards such as those of GS1 and Universal Product Code U.P.C.).

Mechanical strength
| One of the most important things when we design our products - is that they all should be very robust and have strength in their mechanical design. You can feel assured that it will work for years and years - without mechanical failures or breakdowns. No plastic - only stainless steel and aluminium! We have many printers doing 30-40 000 labels a day, 7 days a week - with a minimum of attention and service. Types of Applicators
Tamp – the adhesive side of the label to a product.
Tamp-Blow - Variations of this method will extend the cylinder and then use air to blow the label to the product surface.
Blow-on – Another popular method is a blow-on system that will use a burst of air to deliver the label from the pad to the product surface with out the use of a cylinder.
Wipe-on – Other methods can be used to wipe a label onto a surface.
Double sided labeling – Place two duplicate or unique labels on different sides of a product.
Flexible print engines
The printers are designed on the same base - both for the Direct Thermal and for Thermal Transfer series. All are available in both Left and Right versions for best possible integration to your application - and adaptation to other machines and operator demands. When designing the printers much effort - and a lot of experience - is put into all mechanical parts. It has to cope with and withstand 24 hours 7 days a week hard work - for years and years. When buying a Mectec printer you shall be confident in that it won't "let you down"! Intech Systems also offers the flexibility of using other print engines from -Intermec (PA30), Zebra Pax or Sato.
Computing Power
Today, a fourth element to label printer applicators is emerging: computing power. Recently label printer applicators have been introduced which have the power to store large amounts of data. These machines can also control and harvest data from other input devices such as barcode scanners and weighing scales. These printer applicators can be programmed with special languages such as Fingerprint designed by Intermec for Intermec print engines Now label printer applicators can communicate directly with an array of devices and hosts on the production line without the aid of a computer.
Software
No product or solution is complete – without reliable software.
To design labels, control print-outs, connect to network, retrieve data from databases etc – we have developed a complete range of standard software packages that give many possibilities and are able to solve most applications.
